Account Responsibility
Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting login credentials, and ensuring that their staff members use the system in a lawful and authorized manner.
Subscription and Access
Access to Gray POS may depend on active trial or subscription status. Features such as user seats, locations, and commercial access may be limited by the selected subscription plan.
Acceptable Use
Customers must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform security, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law or harms Gray Solution, other customers, or third parties.
Commercial Changes
Gray Solution may update plan pricing, plan capacity, or service packaging with reasonable notice. Continued use after such changes indicates acceptance of the updated commercial terms.
